Year-End Promotion 3-Month Trial Program

1. Program Overview & Fee Structure

• Equipment Trial Rental: $0 (Waived for 3 consecutive months). 

 

• Delivery & Administration Fee: A non-refundable fee of SGD $1,000 (inclusive of 9% GST) is payable upon confirmation to cover processing, delivery, installation setup, and Pot / Container provision. 

 

• Purchase Voucher: Participants will receive a SGD $1,000 purchase voucher upon successful sign-up and trial completion, redeemable against future equipment purchases subject to standard voucher terms. 

 

2. Eligibility & Application

• Eligible Applicants: This promotion is strictly available to valid SFA-approved Singapore Food Shops. Proof of a valid Singapore Food Agency (SFA) license or in-principle approval must be submitted upon request. 

 

• Limited Availability: Trial units are subject to stock and operational availability at any single time. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. 

 

3. Key Dates & Installation Schedule

• Trial Duration: The trial runs for a maximum duration of 3 consecutive months starting from the installation commencement date. 

 

• Program Registration Deadline: Applications under this Year-End Promotion must be submitted by December 20, 2026.

 

• Installation Commencement Deadline: The agreed installation commence date shall be no later than March 1, 2027.

 

• Scheduling: Specific delivery and installation timing shall be subject to mutual agreement between the provider and the participant based on schedule availability.

 

4. Support & Maintenance

• Technical Support: Support arrangements and maintenance response times during the trial period shall be to be discussed and mutually agreed upon between both parties prior to installation.

 

5. Intellectual Property, Hardware Protection & Software License

• Ownership: All trial equipment, machinery, hardware components, accessories, pots, containers, software, firmware, control code, algorithms, and user interfaces remain the sole and exclusive property of the equipment provider throughout the trial period.

 

• Unauthorized Access & Disassembly Prohibited: The participant shall not disassemble, dismantle, open, alter, repair, modify, bypass, or tamper with any part of the physical machine or its internal electronics/wiring without prior written authorization from the provider.

 

• Non-Reverse Engineering (Hardware & Software): The participant expressly agrees not to:

 

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract, decrypt, analyze, copy, or attempt to derive the source code, firmware, software logic, system architecture, or algorithms of the equipment.

 

• Extract, dump, read, or attempt to access embedded microcontrollers, memory chips, firmware files, or control software.

 

• Recreate, copy, or replicate the machine's hardware design, mechanical structure, software functionality, or operational workflow.

 

• System Integrity & Tampering: The participant shall not connect unauthorized third-party diagnostic tools, software, or external hardware to the machine's communication ports or control units.

 

• Breach & Liability: Any unauthorized attempt to disassemble, inspect internal components, access software/firmware, or reverse engineer the hardware or software will result in:

 

• Immediate termination of the trial program and immediate repossession of the unit.

 

• Complete forfeiture of any eligible vouchers or deposits.

 

• Possible legal proceedings for intellectual property infringement, trade secret violation, and claim for full financial damages and legal costs incurred.
